Senior Project Manager
Requirements:

• Ability to manage complex project schedules from inception to completion, bringing projects in on-time and under-budget
• Bachelor’s Degree and experience as an architect, designer or project manager
• Ability to successfully negotiate with architects, general contractors, sub-contractors and owners
• Ability to multi-task, work on deadline and handle changing needs of the client
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent math and project oversight skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Access, MS Project and other contact management systems
• Experience with Autocad a plus!
